Services Rendered for Nomad Residency
- 1 Year Residence permit annually renewed for travellers throughout the EU Schengen zone areas;
- For non- EU remote workers an applicable Visa is required;
- Property Rental or Purchase, a copy of rental or purchase agreement for Digital Nomads applying for the visa is to be submitted;
- Additionally to Digital Nomads individuals, on submission of application, their respective families, including same sex marriages are allowed with the applicant;
OSA Digital Travel Services Ltd., will help with any unforeseen problems on submission of the application and any other requirements or tailor-made submissions.
Logistical services related to travelling, flight, accommodation in various categories of Hotels, Boutique Hotels, Apartments, Guest Houses, Tourist Villages and Complexes, Private Villas, Holiday Furnished Properties and transport reservations are provided on demand at a reasonable tariff which helps Nomads comfort in the Maltese Islands.
